Upsetting news and an award

Hi everyone hope you've all had a good weekend
I've had some very upsetting news today
I got a call from my Sister and she has breast cancer,
i was absolutely shocked as she herself lost her own daughter
(my niece) to cancer only 18 months ago at the age of 41
and after having lost another of my sisters to that
very same thing 8 years ago at the age of 52 i
can only imagine what she must be going through.
I only hope that it will have been caught in time to cure it
and she will be in my thoughts and prayers from now until they do.
So i'm off to see her tomorrow to give her all the help and support i can.
Please spare a little prayer for her and god willing
she will overcome this terrible disease.
Thanks hugzz Val xxx

I have received this wonderful award
its from a lovely lady called Pat
her fab blog is called Clever crafting pop over here and take a look
its full of beautiful creations

i keep thinking about my family i've lost and worrying about my sister.
I do hope you understand and forgive me for breaking the rules
but anyone is welcome to take the award as i know your all worthy of it.
I'm off to bed now see if i can get some sleep
if not i'll prob be back who knows

Good night god bless Hugzz Val xxx

So sorry to hear the news. I will keep your sister and all your family in my prayers. My MIL was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2000, and it's been a long road, but she is one of the strongest women I know.

So sorry to hear the news Val, I know exactly where you re coming from, be assured though she will be in the best hands and l am keeping everything crossed that the outcome is good.. I was in the same situation and have now been cancer free for 8 years. All you can do is be a wonderful support which l am sure you will be, you are one lovely lady xx
